I was at this casino today and they was having problems with the coffee pot. The woman working and cleaning up in that area told the Manager On Duty - Chance is his name. And he just walked by like he didn't hear her NOR CARE ABOUT IT and the lady was very nice telling him about it, I was getting something to drink and I heard EVERYTHING THAT WAS SAID, and he DID NOT even respond to her. Hell, she just as well been talking to the floor, much less the MANAGER ON DUTY. If I was his boss, I'D FIRE CHANCE in a minute !
