Great place to spend a weekend or stay as long as you want. We have been there for 2 years and love the owners who are the best

From Gary on 08/03/14

It's an awesome place just love it the cabins are nice an cosy have a big play area swing sets horseshoes lots of shade .l read some of the comments about not being able to swim I seen a lot of people swimming at the boat dock it's just a fun place to stay

Most of the aminities listed on here do not exist. You cannot swim. The remains of gutted fish are dumped here so it looks disqusting, is extremely slimey feeling, and smells like a swamp. There is goose droppings everywhere along the water edge. The cabins floors were rotted and the whole place smelled like P. There is absolutely nothing for the kids to do. We ended up driving 30 min just to take them to a playground and swim. It would have been cheaper and better to have just got a hotel in town. There is no service or internet so you cannot call if you get lost or use your map service.

We just stayed 3 nights in one of the cabins and really enjoyed this place on a quiet neck of the lake. The owners were super accommodating. Be sure to tour the nearby hydroelectric dam and Grove has museums and gardens to tour -- a beautiful part of eastern Oklahoma

My husband and I are from Oregon and we've been in Ok.. 7 years now sence our son has past away we have lost our pazaz, we hope we will be able to rent a caban from you the 4th. of July I know thats a lot to ask and and I'm sure the prices are jacked up because of the 4th. But Thats what I'm praying for. God will answer to what he thinks we need. Thank you your place looks beautiful. Kathy

From Requil on 06/06/11

There is no place to swim here! What they call a beach is just a boat ramp. There is a dock you could jump off of, but it backs up to the creek, and the water is gross. Cabins are really basic, but that's OK, just know that you're going to have to drive half an hour to swim.
