Get your shopping gear ready! “An Affair of the Heart” is set for October 21, 22, 23, 2011 at State Fair Park in Oklahoma City, 10th & N. May Avenue. Board one of the trams or hike in with your shopping buddies. You know there will be something for everyone at this one-of-a-kind shopping extravaganza. Seek out those perfect treasurers from arts, crafts, custom furniture, seasonal items, collectibles, decorative items, jewelry, clothing, unusual merchandise and oh, so much more. Thousands of exhibitors from across the nation make this show one of the most amazing shopping experiences in the United States. ATM machines are provided in the Hobbies, Arts and Crafts, Cox and Carriage Hall buildings for your convenience.

“An Affair of the Heart”, will continue to offer Gayle Dyer’s book, “Dancing In The Bird Bath” in the Cox building. It is an inspirational story of her life and her faith. Gayle was one of the founders/owners of “An Affair of the Heart” who went to be with the Lord last February. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Toby Keith Foundation’s OK Kids Korral. A home being built for pediatric cancer patients and their families while they are receiving treatment at The Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center, OU Cancer Institute and other nearby facilities. “An Affair of the Heart” is one of the largest shows of its kind in the nation with exhibitors, artists and craftsmen from across the United States. The show is presented in Oklahoma City in both February and October with the Tulsa Shows in July and November. Times are: Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The event presents a vast array of crafts, antiques, collectibles, furniture, decorative items, jewelry, clothing and so much more. The show is in every sense, “A Unique Marketplace” and is an incredible shopping experience for any age attending. Admission is $6.00 and covers all three days of the show.
