Art Moves, presented by Devon, is a brand new Arts Council of Oklahoma City initiative that will provide free, daily lunchtime arts programming to the downtown area all year long! We are working with various locations, such as the Downtown Library, the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, and the newly-renovated Myriad Gardens, to host these events.  Art Moves, presented by Devon, will consist of performances (think quartets, storytellers, and ballet troupes), artist demonstrations (from all mediums), short film selections, and artist/curator discussions! We seek to showcase local artists from our member agencies and beyond.

A focus will also be placed on arts education, and each day will end with a Q & A session. Artists are given a unique opportunity, not only to speak of the creative process, but also to increase awareness and understanding of art to a larger audience. The one-hour program will run Monday through Friday, Noon - 1:00pm (unless otherwise noted), and will start October 3rd.

A huge thank you to our presenting sponsor, Devon Energy! We hope you can join us at one of our upcoming events! See below for the October schedule.
