Pocola, OK (August 25, 2011) Wild Things Farm welcomes you to Corn Maze Madness this fall, on weekends from Saturday, September 24, 2011 through Sunday, October 30, 2011. Your $8 per person admission includes a hayride, the farm's 5-acre corn maze, a petting zoo, and a pie pumpkin. You can also pick your Halloween pumpkin from the farm's pumpkin patch.

Family and group rates are available - a family of four is just $30 and groups of 15 or more are just $7 per person. The farm store and snack bar will also be open. Fall hours are Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sundays from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
For the adventurous, visit the maze when darkness falls at the farm's annual Flashlight Maze. The maze will be open on Friday and Saturday nights from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. (October 21, 22, 28 and 29 Only). Navigate the pathways in pitch black, and wonder at the sounds you may hear and the strange sights you may encounter! Admission is just $5 per person. Please bring your own flashlight - the farm does not have flashlights for rent or loan.
 

Wild Things Farm has fresh, farm grown strawberries, vegetables, fruits, flowers, and herbs. It has been owned since 2000 by Jim and Cathie Greene and their family, and is open to the public from mid-April through October. Annual events include the Spring Festival, a Children’s Fishing Tournament, three one-week sessions of Summer Day Camp, Hay Rides, a Petting Zoo, a Fall Corn Maze and Night Maze, and a Pumpkin Patch. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are available for purchase throughout the summer months. Individuals can also join the farm’s CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Program during mid-winter, for receipt of products during the farm’s harvests. They also offer tours of the farm for groups such as schools, churches and scout groups, and can hold birthday parties, corporate picnics and meetings in their open air pavilion and party pavilions. Evening campfires are also available, and pony rides are now available for any event.
