Free Independence Day Concert and Fireworks Spectacular Set

Oklahoma City - On Sunday, July 3, 2011, at 8:30pm, the Oklahoma City Philharmonic and Maestro Joel Levine are proud to present the fourth annual "Red, White, & Boom! Concert and Fireworks Spectacular" starring Sandi Patty.
This concert is free to the public and celebrates Independence Day with food, fireworks, music, and fun. Bring the family and the lawn chairs for an evening of music under the stars. Grammy Award-winner Sandi Patty joins Joel Levine and the Orchestra for a performance of Patriotic Pops including a vast selection of favorites including "The Start-Spangled Banner," "Armed Forces Salute," and "God Bless the U.S.A."
Grounds open at 6:30pm and food concessions will be available. Concert begins promptly at 8:30pm with fireworks show to begin at 10:00pm. Located in the 400 block of East Reno, the concert is east of the Bricktown Ballpark. Parking is available in various lots and garages throughout Bricktown. Coolers, glass containers and pets are not allowed on the concert grounds.This concert is presented with the support of Inasmuch Foundation, Devon Energy, The Oklahoman, and Chesapeake Energy. Additional support is provided by Allied Arts Foundation and the Oklahoma Arts Council.
