With the large variety of Made In Oklahoma (MIO) products produced in the state, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry works to help these companies expand into new markets. MIO products are sold in gift shops, gourmet food stores and many more places in Oklahoma.

There will be an exhibition mall where Agritourism businesses will have the opportunity to shop the selection of MIO products that can be added to their retail shops. The event is also open to all other businesses to view products available for purchase individually or wholesale. The exhibition mall will be held March 1, 2011 from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. at The Nut House, 26677 S. Highway 66 in Claremore.

Business owners are encouraged to attend and see products such as chili mix, salsa, pickles, barbeque sauce, lavender products, pet treats, candles, pottery and more.

If interested in attending this free event, please RSVP with your name and contact information to julie.fitzgerald@oda.state.ok.us or jeffery.weeks@oda.state.ok.us by Feb. 25.
