Oklahoma Aquarium, Ponca City Featured on Saturday's Discover Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY – The July 20th episode of AAA’s Discover Oklahoma features the Oklahoma Aquarium in Jenks, a visit to Ponca City and Bobber Drop in Grove and stops at Great Balls of Fire in McAlester and Thunderbird Berries in Broken Arrow.
AAA’s Discover Oklahoma airs Saturdays at 6:30 p.m. CT on KOTV-6 in Tulsa, KWTV-9 in Oklahoma City and KSWO-7 in Lawton. The show can also been seen Saturdays at 6 p.m. CT on KXII in Sherman/Denison, Texas and KCTU in Wichita, Kan.
The Oklahoma Aquarium in Jenks is home to more than 100 exhibits. Visitors will be mesmerized by the different amounts of sea life swimming in the tanks, including the largest bull sharks in captivity! View species of Oklahoma’s own wildlife at this state-of-the-art location.
Shel Wagner heads to Ponca City to visit all the major hot spots! Try a hot dog at Dixie Dog, pay homage at the Pioneer Woman Statue and museum, visit the Marland Mansion to learn about the history, marvel at movie memories at the Poncan Theatre, and much more.
GREAT BALLS OF FIRE
This entertainment center has everything for families! Dino Lalli stops in McAlester to check out the family-friendly establishment that houses a bowling center, miniature golf course, rock climbing wall, bumper cars, food, and more.
Visit the Thunderbird Berry Farm where visitors can pick strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Located just outside of Broken Arrow, both kids and adults can enjoy picking the variety of berries available.
Shel Wagner visits the Grand Lake Sports Center on Main Street to learn more about the annual Bobber Drop event. Over 6,000 bobbers are dropped into the lake for participants to find and bring back to the store for prizes.
