By Tourism Industry Partner
(OKLAHOMA CITY) - Look no further for family-friendly entertainment this weekend. Starting this Saturday, April 2, the Orr Family Farm in Oklahoma City will be open every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission to the Farm is only $10.50 per person.
The Orr Family Farm has an impressive list of activities for all ages to enjoy. Visitors can take a ride around the Farm on a replica of the United States' first transcontinental locomotive, visit friendly animals in the barn, test their racing skills on the pedal cars or race against the clock in the 4,900 square-foot Amaze'n Maze. Also, ride the 1974 vintage carousel, jump on the jumping pillows and mine for gemstones in the Neal Simpson Mine.
Plus, don't miss a thrilling ride on the brand-new zip line. The zip line stands 20 feet tall and is 450 feet long. Four lanes allow multiple riders to race against each other, with top speeds reaching 25 miles per hour. Riders are required to complete a ground school training course with a professional zip master to learn the proper technique and equipment use. Riders must weigh at least 70 pounds to participate.
