Oklahoma City - On Saturday, September 24, at 8:00pm, Maestro Joel Levine and the Oklahoma City Philharmonic present the 2011-2012 Classics Series' Grand Opening Night.

On an evening filled with brilliant music, Maestro Levine and the Orchestra perform Wagner's "Loengrin: Prelude to Act III," Liszt's "Les Preludes," and Turina's "Danzas Fantasticas." We also welcome Grammy Award-winning violinist James Ehnes to perform one of the most technically difficult compositions for violin, Tchaikovsky's "Violin Concerto."

Single tickets become available on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 and are priced at $52, $42, $32, $22, and $15. They will be available online, at the OKC PHIL ticket office, and by phone. Single tickets will also available at the Civic Center Music Hall located at 201 N. Walker or by calling the Tulsa Performing Arts Center at 1-800-364-7111. Handling charges apply for all outlet sales.
