Speakers Bureau Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in Oklahoma tourism. To help in assigning a speaker for your group, please complete the form below and return to Deb Shumate. If possible, we prefer to have at least 15 working days notice before the date of your presentation. If you are requesting a speaker after 5:00pm, or on a weekend, please understand we make every effort to accommodate this, but cannot guarantee that someone will be available. Due to budget and time constraints, we also request that you have a minimum of 25 people in your group.
