MarVal is a camping resort on a peaceful haven of 105 acres in the foothills of the Oklahoma Ozarks located on half a mile frontage of the Lower Illinois River five miles below the Lake Tenkiller Dam, and offers seasonal summer activities located on half a mile of a trout stream. Lodging options include tent sites, cabins and 50 amp RV sites with full hookups, showers and restrooms, while recreation facilities feature a heated swimming pool, clubhouse, game room, horseshoes, miniature golf, volleyball, basketball, playground, horseback riding/hiking/nature trails, and planned activities. Other amenities include a grocery store, laundry facility, pavilion, RV store and group facilities. Propane is also available. We are a great location for reunions and groups. Chosen as Oklahoma Large Campground of the Year for 2002-2003 and 2003-2004. Day use fee applies; fishing is free.
