Ten acres of 'Beautiful' hardy kiwis are grown in the vineyard, on arbors, in big pots, and in hanging baskets--all of which have never been sprayed with chemicals. A gift area is on-site with potted kiwi plants and kiwi glycerin soaps, available in seven different scents including Vitamin E, almond oil, and JoJoba oil. Other products include orange blossom, jasmine, and rose soaps as well as kiwi mist perfume. Bath products can be shipped. Free tours are available year round. The hardy kiwi plant produces a smaller smooth-skinned fruit that has a sweeter flavor than the fuzzy-skinned kiwis found in most grocery stores. The plants can be planted year round and produce fruit August through October.
