LOCATION: Exit I-240 N onto Douglas, take immediate R onto 74th. Turn R on Post
Rd., parking is on E side.

2. WATONGA: Roman Nose State Park (ADVANCED)
Trail may be accessed by crossing the dam of Watonga Lake (NE area of park), or
from the General Store parking lot. One will encounter challenging climbs up gypsum
bluffs and technical descents.
LOCATION: Cross creek in park, turn R up the hill
to the stables, turn R at General Store.

Mountain biking and hiking trail with much elevation change — lots of climbing.
LOCATION: Trailhead is in Clear Bay area on the
N side of Hwy. 9 about 10 miles E of I-35.

4. BRAGGS: Greenleaf State Park (ADVANCED, EXPERT)
South route is well-established, north is very primitive. Numerous climbs and
demanding downhill sections. Be aware of military activity and hunting seasons.
LOCATION: Just E of the Muskogee Turnpike, take
SH-10 to park.
DISTANCE: 18 miles

Technical track with lots of roots and rocks; some good climbs and fun descents.
LOCATION: From I-44, take US-75 S and then 1st exit
to W. 61st St.

6. MANNFORD: Keystone Lake State Park (EASY, ADVANCED,
EXPERT)
Contour-type trail in rocky area with several creek crossings. Several rocky technical
climbs.
LOCATION: 20 min. W of Tulsa, trailhead is off of
US-151 at park.
DISTANCE: 8 miles

7. OKLAHOMA CITY: Bluff Creek (ADVANCED)
Course features thick trees, tight turns and a few short, steep climbs. Recipient
of an Oklahoma City Beautiful award, 1997.
LOCATION: Trailhead is at R.R. Pat Murphy Park,
NW corner of Hefner Rd. & Meridian, north of Lake Hefner.
DISTANCE: 4 miles

LOCATION: Take I-44 to Medicine Park/Hwy. 49 exit,
take Hwy. 49 W and follow the signs to LETRA Road, 6 miles ahead.
DISTANCE: 17 miles
