Cushing

Nestled in the heart of the Cimarron Valley, Cushing was established during the early oil boom days and is known as the "Pipeline Crossroads of the World." See Oklahoma from a new angle with the Oklahoma Skydiving Center in Cushing. Thrillseekers visiting Oklahoma’s largest skydiving school will take to the skies at 14,000 feet, launching out of a super-fast, turbine-powered Cessna 206.

If you’re looking for something a little closer to Earth, visit the Cushing Aquatic Center. With two water slides, a diving board, zero entry and a separate children’s area, fun is offered for all ages. Other must-see Cushing attractions include the Cushing Community Theatre, Cushing Main Street Farmers Market and Cushing Lake.

Visitors to this Land Run town are in for a visual treat, as the city is home to two beautiful murals paying homage to the city’s history. After a full day of fun, head to Naifeh’s Deli & Grill for a little Mediterranean flavor.
