Saucee Sicilian – Oklahoma City

The 12-inch Tortilla de Harina comes loaded with beans, rice, lettuce, avocado, cheese and meat, while the torta sandwich is packed with lettuce, avocado, onion, jalapenos and meat options like tongue, tripe, steak and chorizo. Oklahoma food truck parks offer a myriad of food choices, whether dining with a large group or planning a one-on-one meet-up. With most parks constant rotating trucks, guests can pay an afternoon or evening visit on the regular without tiring of the numerous offerings. 

Guthrie Green – Tulsa 

Tucked within the Tulsa Arts DistrictGuthrie Green host a regular slate of community events centered on food trucks. Once a week, during Food Truck Wednesdays, roaming kitchens like Mangiamo Truck and Purple People Feeder Food Truck land at this Tulsa park, providing plenty of lunchtime options for all. Periodically, local musicians will take the stage at Guthrie Green, entertaining hungry guests while they wait. The last Wednesday of every month, new food trucks make their debut for Wild Card Wednesdays, adding to the ever-changing lineup of food trucks available. 

The Bleu Garten – Oklahoma City

The Bleu Garten in Oklahoma City provides a blend of beer, eats and fun for all ages. Open seasonally, this pet-friendly beer garden schedules a diverse array of community events. Start the week off with morning beer yoga on Sunday before noshing on gyros and basmati rice from Let's Do Greek, or catch a movie on Tuesdays with watermelon or chicken corn Frito pie from Cutie Pies Concession. Live music and fitness classes also commonly dot the schedule, along with rotating food trucks. Plan a Bleu Garten date with friends or mingle with locals over a round of corn hole or giant Jenga. 

TOLY Park – Norman

Conveniently located along Main Street in downtown NormanTOLY Park grants families the perfect place to gather year-round. This family-friendly hub features regular programming to keep the community entertained, from costume contests and game nights to trivia nights and art walks. After picking up your meal from the food truck windows, carry delicacies like Cowboys & Angels Chuckwagon chicken strips or Phill Me Up Cheesesteaks Philly cheesesteak creations over to the picnic tables. The bar area makes it easy for patrons to wash their dinner down with a craft beer, while nearby lawn games keep the fun going all day long. Pets are welcome at this Norman food truck park, and live musicians commonly perform beneath the twinkling lights.
