Visit the Cheyenne City Park & Museum Complex, and see six museums with varied interests for free. The Pioneer Museum Building is a walkthrough museum that displays many historical items from the homesteads, businesses, and farms of the community. Those who owned these items were once pioneers, journalists, doctors and entertainers.

The Roll One Room School House is the original building used as a school in the early 1900s. It is one of the few remaining one-room school houses. The school now offers hands-on history lessons as they would have been experienced by the class of 1910 area students, groups or tours.

The Minnie R. Slief Library is now a local community building, holding memorabilia from surrounding communities that were once very active towns and now are basically ghost towns. The Cheyenne Depot holds the railroad history of the Roger Mills County area. The log cabin is an original homestead that was once occupied by 1892 land runners. This home has survived nine families, three moves and a flood. The centennial veterans building features uniforms, photos and memories of the Roger Mills County military men and women that served our nation in conflicts past and present.

The chapel building is used for weddings and as a meeting room. It is a remodeled building that was in the Cheyenne area. Visitors welcome at all times. Donations welcome. To view buildings after hours or arrange a group tour or wedding, please call the museum office.
