CommonWealth Urban Farms
Urban gardeners in the making are encouraged to dig down deep in the soil alongside the professionals at CommonWealth Urban Farms in Oklahoma City. Visitors can stop by every Saturday and purchase fresh produce to cook at home. CommonWealth Urban Farms also offers a rotating selection of workshops, from tool sharpening to growing microgreens.
Join one of the monthly tours and see the Hoop House structure funded by donations from the community and Oklahoma City Thunder NBA Basketball player Kyle Singler. Guides will also give guests a peek at the farm's composting operation and pollinator garden, as well as produce currently being planted and harvested.
