This is truly a place where the best pizza comes home to roost. Chicken isn’t on the menu; the name is derived from the décor, which features all things fowl. The menu focuses on hand-tossed pies, including the Rock Island Red, a local favorite featuring red sauce, ham, mushrooms, sweet onions, mozzarella, pineapple and honey; and the Pie Without a Face, a veggie feast of red and green bell peppers, red onions, black olives, mushrooms and pineapples.
