Aired On: 2010-01-16Owner Debra Crabtree calls the fare she serves at the restaurant she runs with her son "typical American southern cooking," and the menu certainly reflects that description. Here, you'll find tasty steaks, burgers, fish, sandwiches and pork chops, all prepared in a down-home fashion. The house specialty is the Southern Belle Chicken - a boneless chicken breast marinated in a secret house dressing, then dipped in batter and fried, served with a special dipping sauce. It comes with a potato, bread and trip to the salad bar. For dessert, try a slice of homemade pie.
