On US 69/75, Caddo is located about 20 miles south of Atoka. If you want to take the Historic Jefferson Highway, exit at Old Highway and that will take you to the four-way stop, at Buffalo Street. If you are coming from Texas, Caddo is located about 14 miles north of Durant. You can take US69/75 all the way to Caddo exit , or drive on the Jefferson Highway, by leaving Durant on N. 1st Ave/Hwy 78. You will turn right onto Armstrong Road, just north of E2060 Rd. When you get to Ury Drive/Caddo Hwy/Old Hwy 69, go right, through Armstrong. You are still on the Historic Jefferson Highway Route, which will take you to Caddo.
