Located in downtown Tulsa at the corner of 4th and Main Street, the world's largest augmented reality mural spans approximately 15,000 sq. ft. The massive mural, known as “The Majestic,” is the work of artists Ryan “Yanoe” Sarfati and Eric “Zoueh” Skotnes, who collaborated to design and paint this unique piece of public art.

While impressive on its own, this mural offers more than meets the eye at first glance. Full of symbolism and native plants and animals, this large-scale mural also comes alive with animations and audio content. Step into an interactive 3D experience via QR code with the camera on your mobile device to activate the artwork and unleash the mural's ethereal world.

Designed with respect to Tulsa's first-class Art Deco architecture, The Majestic features Art Deco and Art Nouveau signs and symbols, including the angel at the center representing guidance, protection and love. The two children the angel holds personify the youth of Tulsa, while the foliage and fauna set within the art illustrate the literal and metaphorical growth of the city. Intertwined in the design are Oklahoma native species including a scissortail flycatcher, flathead catfish, paddlefish, redbud and magnolia flowers, swallowtail butterflies and roses.

The mural, completed in August of 2021, was commissioned by the Tulsa Parking Authority, which merged with the Tulsa Authority for Economic Opportunity (TAEO) and is supported by the Arts Commission and Tulsa Planning Office.
