The National Sand Bass Festival free festival features food vendors, a carnival and numerous craft booths. Over 15,000 people from across the United States attend this Lake Texoma event each year. Held in Madill's town square, the festival features numerous activities and plenty of live entertainment. Events include the Sand Bass Run and a three-on-three basketball tournament. Visitors to the Sand Bass Festival will also enjoy turtle races, a car show and a talent show, as well as games and competitions for children.
