Although the cabin has been updated, you'll still find some chipping paint and rusty spots that add to the rustic charm.
Creek Grown Cabin features a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar, dining area, large living room, two queen-sized bedrooms, one full bath and a washer and dryer if needed. Two child-sized air mattresses are available for the cabin to accommodate up to six guests. From board games and books to the Smart TV with streaming services and a foosball table, there are plenty of indoor entertainment opportunities available.
At Creek Grown Cabin you will escape the city with a comfortable place to rest while you and experience country living. Discover the kind of peace and wonder only found in the country outdoors at the cabin, where you will enjoy a large back deck overlooking a field next to the creek. Gather around the fire pit, campfire spots or fire up the charcoal grill for an evening outdoors. Follow a hiking trail that leads to more creek swimming and fishing spots just over the creek bridge.
The cabin is settled in a wooded area where guests often see two friendly dogs who live on the property in addition to deer, raccoons, armadillos, opossums, wild turkeys, squirrels, turtles, frogs, guineas, owls and neighboring farm dogs who sometimes wander onto the property. You might hear cows mooing from nearby farms, guineas looking for bugs to eat, or coyotes howling through the night. The dogs keep the coyotes away but don’t be surprised to see bugs, spiders and snakes when you explore the creek area.
