Blue Coyote Winery
Blue Coyote Winery, a quaint Oklahoma winery near Adair, offers many wines, from dry chardonnays to sweet red selections. Visitors to Blue Coyote Winery are greeted with music and are encouraged to sit a spell in the winery's beautiful tasting room featuring wood floors, a bar and wine racks made from Oklahoma oak harvested from the family property.
Peruse the on-site gift shop or take a self-guided tour of the vineyard. Try the Chamborcin, a dry red wine, or try Blue Coyote's "Oklahoma Peach" made from Porter Peaches. The White Muscadine offers tasters a smoky, nutty flavor. The Pepper wines are very unique and the wine maker is becoming well-known for them. Make your way to the Blue Coyote Winery and try something new. This winery offers a seasonal wine made from 100% Oklahoma blueberries, plus a series of wines made from spicy hot peppers.
