Illinois River Arts & Craft Festival
The Illinois River Arts & Crafts Festival in Tahlequah was an annual event at Northeastern State University in the 1980s and 90s. This lost tradition has made has its way back to NSU and plans to be a great weekend to start holiday shopping, meet local artists and dig through many handmade items.
