An annual event for more than 30 years, the Woodcarving & Folk Arts Festival features woodcarvers, wood turners, woodworkers, wood burners and scroll sawyers from across an seven-state area. There will also be seminars for beginners ages 13 and over each afternoon, demonstrations and displays of various wood art forms. The festival will feature wood workers showing their skill of turning wood into works of art. Many of these exhibitors have received national acclaim for their work. Judging of numerous categories will begin Friday. Wood and tool vendors will also be present.
