Lanterns will cast an eerie glow on the cemetery as skilled re-enactors portray individuals from the past who were interred at the fort between 1874 and 1947. See re-enactors dressed in period clothing bring cavalrymen, scouts, settlers, American Indians and even German prisoners of war from the WWII era back to life at this eerie performance. Visitors will be divided into groups and led through the Fort Reno Cemetery by a tour guide. Fort Reno Tombstone Tales is both fun and educational and is open to the public.
