East Village Bohemian Pizzeria
The East Village Bohemian Pizzeria in downtown Tulsa makes their fantastic Neopolitan style pizzas as authentically as possible. All of the ingredients that go into making a perfectly baked, cheesy creation are imported from Italy or are locally sourced including their flour, tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and sausage. Each pizza is made to order and cooked in a wood fire oven at over 800 degrees. This method of quickly getting the perfect pizza originated in Naples.
Start your meal with a delicious appetizer such as roasted artichoke hummus, an antipasto plate, gulf shrimp served with lemon arugula pesto and goat cheese, or a caprese salad. Their specialty pizzas are unique combinations of ingredients including roasted bell peppers, caramelized onions, tomatoes, mozzarella, Italian sausage, asparagus, prosciutto, goat cheese, ricotta, mushrooms and much more. Picking your favorite pizza is the hardest part.
You can also make your own pizza and choose all of the toppings. There are also paninis served during lunch hours. Leave room for your sweet tooth and top off your meal with a bit of locally made gelato, an Italian ice cream favorite, or sink your fork into a s'mores calzone made with dark chocolate, marshmallows, powered sugar and drizzled with more chocolate. East Village Boheminan Pizzeria's full bar also has a wide variety of beers, wines and cocktails that will pair perfectly with your meal.
