Oral Roberts University in Tulsa is home to a sculpture known as the world's largest praying hands. It is also the largest bronze sculpture in the world weighing in at 30 tons. By artist Leonard McMurray, the hands were cast in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico in 1980 and were moved to the front of the ORU campus in 1991 after being in front of the CityPlex Towers since they were created. The hands are 60 feet tall and tower over the gardens that surround them.
