Experience the beautiful Oklahoma countryside on horseback at Old Caldwell Trail Stables. The Old Caldwell ranch spreads across 720 gorgeous acres south of the small town of Fay in northwestern Oklahoma. The stables at Old Caldwell provide horse rentals, a horse "motel" where you can board your horse and, since it is a working ranch, you can watch the ranchers work with the majestic longhorn cattle that graze on the property.

Whether you are an expert rider or a novice, the friendly folks at Old Caldwell are ready to help give you the training and insight necessary for a great time on the trails. Rent a primitive campsites along the trails for an authentic, rugged outdoor trip, or head back to the ranch and satisfy your appetite with a delicious "Circle N Chuckwagon" meal. Ask about custom packages for large or small groups.

Guided Horseback Rides:
Longer or shorter rides available on request. Prices are per person. Kids must be 7 years old, no double riding for the safety of both riders.
1 hour: $40
1 1/2 hour: $50
2 hour: $60
Pony Rides:
Children (7 and under): $10

Saddle Bag Lunch Ride (Pack a lunch and we stop along the trail to eat):
Add $10 to the ride of your choice

MEAL RIDES ADD 30-45 minutes to your ride. Cowboy Cookout Lunch or Dinner Trail Ride:

Steak Dinner Trail Rides:

(All natural grass fed longhorn steak, skillet beans, fried potatoes, old fashioned dessert) 1 hour: $80

Kids (12 and under): take $5 off

Children (under 2): FREE
Non-riders: $32 per person. Meals are typically eaten during the ride but have the option to eat after the ride. Dinner ride location is separate from where trail ride starts.

Sweetheart Ride:
$175 per couple. Reservations required. Offered Wednesdays-Sundays.

Engagement Ride:
Same as sweetheart ride.

Riding Lessons:
$40 per person (1 hour)
Each lesson after is an hour as well Hay Rides:
1/2 hour $5 per person
Primitive Camping: $10/night

Horse Guests:
Must have current negative coggins.
Ranch fee: $5 per day, per horse.
Horse Pen Rental: $10 per night
Campsite for trailers: $10 per night, per trailer.

From I-40: Exit 108, go north on Hwy 281 to Watonga. At stoplight, turn left and head west on Hwy 270 for 9.5 miles, turn left onto Hwy OK-58/OK-33 for 6.5 miles. Turn left/east onto E0850 Rd for one mile. Turn left on N2440 for .25 miles, then turn right into driveway.

From NW Expressway: Head west on Hwy OK-33/OK-3 to Kinfisher. At stoplight on Broadway turn left onto Hwy OK-33 for 37.2 miles, turn left onto Hwy OK-58, OK-33 for 6.5 miles. Turn left/east onto E0850 Rd for one mile. Turn left on N2440 for .25 miles, then turn right into driveway.
