Bring your sweet tooth to Unique Confections just south of downtown Norman.
After graduating from the Culinary Arts Institute, Chef Andrew Marsh, who knew he wanted to express his culinary art through candy and specialty chocolates, spent the next two years in his kitchen creating confections from garden fresh herbs and honing his recipes to perfection. Once the young chef felt his recipes were ready, he opened up a sweet shop, Unique Confections, in his hometown.
Each of the candies and confections at Unique Confections are made in house, but working as a chocolatier is Chef Marsh’s passion and preferred method of artistic expression. From old standards, like peanut butter pecan or hazelnut to exotics like bacon, cayenne or peach basil, this confectioner offers a truffle, whether white, dark or milk chocolate, for every taste. Of course the truffles are amazing, but be sure to save room for Unique Confections other treats, including toffee, mendiant, chocolate espresso beans, specialty almonds or hard candy.
