In 2001, Palmer Studios Inc. created a Hennessey history mural across what was then the Gold Bank building. The muted paints work together to create a nature-heavy image including a vintage tractor, a hay stack, a man on horseback, a herd of cattle and oil derricks.  Gene Anderson, Gold Bank president, commissioned the mural to show Hennessey’s history from the past 100 years, including wheat, cattle and oil.
