Oklahoma Modernism Weekend
2121 N Portland Ave
Join the Okie Mod Squad in celebrating all things mid-century modern at the Oklahoma Modernism Weekend. Held on the grounds of the beautiful St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Oklahoma City, the purpose of this annual weekend is to educate and cultivate a greater appreciation for mid-century modern design and architecture in Oklahoma.
Tour one of Oklahoma's best examples of mid-century modern architecture at St. Patrick's Catholic Church and peruse the state's only all-vintage-modern flea market with items for sale by vendors from Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Colorado. During the Mod Swap, you will also have the opportunity to take a look at a great collection of classic cars at Wheel o'Rama. There will even be a pin-up photographer on-hand to take photos of participants with classic cars. Attend a variety of workshops, panel discussions, and a presentation by The University of Oklahoma and the American School.
At this family-friendly festival, enjoy a myriad of activities, including an Opening Night Patio Party and Flashback Fashion Show, outdoor mid-century modern flea market and vintage car show, and various architectural tours.
