Barley's Garden Patch
Barley's Garden Patch aims to grow fresh produce and share its safe sustainable food with visitors. This family-operated farm focuses on raising chickens, keeping bees, growing fruits and veggies, and cultivating cheese. Book a trip to the farm in the spring for juicy strawberries, spinach, sugar snaps, cilantro, dill and celery, or wait until June and July to stock up on blackberries, carrots, potatoes, black beans, green beans and rosemary. Grapes ripen up on the farm from July to August, while heirloom tomatoes thrive from July to September. Broccoli, cauliflower, sage and thyme are best picked in the fall. Farm guests can also take home fresh eggs, local honey and raw milk next time they pay Barley's Garden Patch a visit.
