Southeastern Oklahoma's Lower Mountain Fork River promises some of the best year-round trout fishing in the south. Learn more about this beautiful river, and catch some great fish, by booking a full or half-day trip with Fly Fish Beavers Bend. Orvis endorsed guide Jenny Mayrell-Woodruff, who has been fishing the river for the last 15 years, not only provides clients with all the necessary tackle, but also helps perfect their technique - cast to landing - to help build a solid foundation toward fly fishing proficiency.

Cold, clear and fertile, the waters of the LMF provide a rich environment for the stocked and native trout, producing healthy and hard fighting rainbows and browns. With a variety of water types on the river, anglers can typically find trout action any day of the year, regardless of the weather, making this well-stocked river a must-fish destination in the fly fishing community.

To help preserve stream conservation, all trips are catch-and-release. Orvis fly rods, reels, premium fly lines and tackle are provided as part of the full or half-day package. Boot and wader rental is available.
