C'est Si Bon Cajun Catfish & Po-Boys
Satisfy Cajun cravings with a visit to one of C’est Si Bon’s two locations in Del City and Midwest City, or look for their food truck around town. French for “it’s so good,” the establishment’s name is more than just an idle boast. Cultivated from years working in New Orleans kitchens, chef Ken Mills has brought a taste of the Big Easy to central Oklahoma.
From Cajun burgers to cochon de lait (slow-roasted pig) and hot sausage to fried shrimp, each giant Po-Boy at C’est Si Bon comes delightfully sandwiched on a fresh baguette imported from a New Orleans bakery.
Entrées include Creole staples like crawfish etouffee, Southern fried chicken, gumbo, frog legs, stuffed and fried shrimp, fried oysters and of course, red beans and rice. Pair any of these delights with a selection of Southern sides including potatoes au gratin, jambalaya, candied yams, collard greens or authentic boudin balls.
Craving the ultimate feast? Check out the Chef Mills' award-winning catfish – one pound of fried catfish, tiger sauce and two sides. Be sure to save a little room, as each entrée comes with a slice of Chef Mills’ famous Bread Pudding.
