Inspired by New Nordic Cuisine, this focus on regional ingredients presents a wonderful opportunity for the culinary team at Nonesuch to craft a rotating, seasonal menu, inspired by the farmers, prairies, woods, lakes and streams that define Oklahoma. At this intimate dining space, the kitchen shines as the star, allowing diners to take in the magic and watch as the chef's build each of the 10 courses for the evening's service.
In addition to the featured 10-course tasting menu created by the talented staff chef's Colin Stringer, Jeremy Wolfe and Paul Wang, Nonesuch also hosts a monthly chef dinner specially crafted by a visiting international chef.
