Ray Wylie Hubbard in Concert
Get your tickets for a very special evening of singer/songwriter magic when Ray Wylie Hubbard takes over the iconic Cain's Ballroom stage in the Tulsa Arts District. Hailing from southern Oklahoma, this troubadour first rose to prominence as a leader of the 1970s progressive country movement, playing shows with the likes of Jerry Jeff Walker while building a word-of-mouth following touring the Southwest's coffee house circuit.
Over the last four decades, Hubbard has penned some of Red Dirt/Texas Country's most anthemic ballads including "Redneck Mother," "Drunken Poet's Dream," "Screw You, We're From Texas," "Dust of the Chase" "Coricidin Bottle" and of course, "Choctaw Bingo." In addition to these classics, look forward to hearing several tracks off his brand new record, "Co-Starring Too." Arrive early to hear special guest Kelley Mickwee play Americana hits like "River Girl" and "Take Me Home."
