Celebrate the holiday season in Stringtown this December at Christmas Town, held at the Double Springs Historical Park on the school grounds. This family-friendly event will include horse-drawn wagon rides around the historical trail with special Christmas scenes, stories and Christmas surprises along the way. The kids are invited to decorate Christmas cookies, take home Christmas ornaments and meet Santa along the way. Guests can also take photos on the porch of the renovated 1915 “Garside House” and enjoy sing-along caroling at the Victorian-style gazebo. Complimentary warm beverages will be served, and award-winning Indian tacos and frybread from Horsechief Native Foods will be available for purchase.
