Grab your camera and hiking shoes, and get ready to explore scenic locations tucked away inside the 59,000-acre Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge by booking your space for the Wichita Mountains Photography Class. Picturesque vistas and wildlife await you during a guided two and a half hour educational trek through diverse, often-missed areas and features including the Parallel Forest, Osage Lake, Heart Rock, the Narrows and more.

Designed for guests looking to increase their knowledge of outdoor photography and improve their skills while experiencing one of Oklahoma's most spectacular attractions, the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. Individuals or groups can join these educational events. Featuring various points of interest in the refuge, each class is led by nature enthusiast and photographer Steven Enter.

Receive instruction during the class on camera settings, lighting and composition, etc. with the assistance of a knowledgeable guide. From water-based scenes to canyon-rimmed trails, participants can choose from class options tailored to their desired preferences. Take advantage of on-the-spot photo opportunities as bison, stunning rock formations, wildflowers and more appear along the way.
