Friends of Beavers Bend Youth Trout Fishing Derby
Join the Friends of Beavers Bend for the Youth Trout Fishing Derby at scenic Beavers Bend State Park. This free, fun event will begin at the Spillway Creek fishing area with hot dogs and registration from noon till 1pm and fishing from 1-2:30pm. Kids ages 5-15 should bring rod and reel, tackle and stringer and some bait will be provided. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Prizes will be awarded for the biggest fish and biggest stringer.
