Kite Fest
Spend the afternoon at Ardmore's Regional Park taking in the bright colors and free-spirited fun that comes along with flying a kite at this one-of-a-kind family event. Bring your own kites - big or small - or pick up a free kite available at the park for this high-flying event.
Gather north of the soccer fields to take advantage of the Oklahoma wind propelling your vibrant kite across the vast, blue sky. Pack a picnic or enjoy the convenience of the food trucks as you enjoy watching huge kites soar over the Ardmore sky. Awards for highest, lowest, biggest and smallest flying kites will be given around 1pm.
