The individuals who make up the Garber Community Improvement Association bring the arts and education to the city. Through revitalization efforts, the local community dinner theater has become an attraction for the town. The city is also the site of a bridge that was a Works Progress Administration project in 1935 and continues to be a place full of charm and small town hospitality.
