Take a step back in time at the Oklahoma Railway Museum with an antique Hand Car & Motor Car ride in Oklahoma City. Experience the thrill of pumping the car into action just like an early 1900s track worker. In the old days, these hand-powered work cars transported track workers to inspect and maintain miles of railroad track. This ride can be very physically challenging, and closed-toe shoes are required.

Feel like a more leisurely ride? Take a spin on one of the vintage motor cars. Get a feel for what it was like to ride the line in the golden age of railroading aboard an authentically restored motorcar. Come early to secure your chance to ride at this first-come-first-served living history event at the Oklahoma Railway Museum.
