Route 66 Mural

Address:
Dewey Ave & Main St
Sapulpa, OK 74066

Bursting with color, the Route 66 Mural in downtown Sapulpa contains plenty of local Mother Road sites for explorers to see. Designed by Scott Taylor and his team at Colorpop Art Lab in Tulsa, the mural reflects significant features of the town through a dozen symbols of Sapulpa’s rich history. Featuring everything from the Rock Creek Bridge and TeePee Drive-In to Frankoma Pottery, the Sapulpa Interurban Trolley and the giant fuel pump at the Heart of Route 66 Auto Museum, this mural spans 1300 sq ft. View spray-painted renderings of the  “Guardian of the Plains” Buffalo that sits on New Sapulpa Road, as well as the famed Harvey House and Burnett Mansion at the Route 66 Mural located on Dewey Avenue and Main Street in Sapulpa.
