Inspired by Oklahoma’s heritage is Milo at The Ellison, a restaurant in Nichols Hills named after the state’s key export – milo sorghum. Chef Josh Valentine, Top Chef finalist and native Oklahoman, incorporates local flavors with a modern flair throughout an expansive breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner and small bites menu. Area farmers, ranchers and vendors include WH Yardbirds, Prairie Earth Gardens, Grand Cattle Company and Scissortail Farms. Step into Milo's inviting atmosphere for a creatively-mixed cocktail at the extensive bar or take a seat in a cozy section for a complete fine dining experience.

Commence your noteworthy meal with a choice between two "beginnings" – pimento cheese arancini or crispy smoked pork rillettes. After enjoying your bout with delectable appetizers, make your way through the "middles" menu section – a selection between three salads or apple agnolotti topped with chicken liver mousse, apples, crispy chicken skin and sage-brown butter. Bring it home with an exceptional entree featuring Oklahoma-raised beef, poultry, pork and fish.

During any time of the day, Milo's full bar boasts a variety of cocktails, beer and wine selections from near and far. Sip on a "fireside chat" with tamarind-infused sacred bond brandy, demerara syrup, spicy masala chai tincture and orange, or kick back with a beer brewed from Enid or Oklahoma City. Sommeliers can savor a glass of their favorite wine pairing or select a bottle to share with company.
