Immerse yourself in French and Italian cuisine during a private cooking class at Cosabella Kitchen in Oklahoma City. Inspired by owner Erica Hogan's French-style childhood, Cosabella features an elevated, gourmet experience surrounded by a modern art deco space. Book private dining or choose between five cooking classes – pasta, pizza, lemon chicken, veggie ratatouille or charcuterie. Each three-and-a-half-hour class includes an appetizer, full cooking instructions, preparation and dessert.
If you prefer more eating and less cooking, opt for the private holiday menu. Enjoy an open bar while savoring trays-to-pass, various dips and multiple platters. Some options include panko coconut shrimp with sweet chili dipping sauce, a pumpkin seed cheddar cheese ball, curry chicken mini sandwiches on a croissant, lobster salad on a puff pastry or smoked salmon with caper, onion and cream cheese.
