Journey to Quartz Mountain State Park and Lodge this October for this adults-only weekend workshop retreat with the Oklahoma Arts Institute. This fall series of workshops gives participants the opportunity to learn new skills from world-renowned artists in a serene setting. 

The Fall Arts Institute offers a variety of different artistic classes for participants. Learn new drawing techniques during the Plein Air Pencil and Pen class or improve your pottery skills during Focus on the Face ceramics workshop. The Integrated Cover Book Binding course will teach you how to hand stitch a book cover. Performance artists can join classes on storytelling or theatre. The Introduction to Audio Storytelling class will teach you how to craft a compelling audio narrative, while the the musical theatre course will walk you through organizing a full theatre production. 

When you aren't perfecting your craft, take a stroll around the grounds of the park or watch for unique birds and other wildlife. Between engaging workshops and the beautiful state park, there is plenty to do for all artists at this fall institute.
