This March, save the date for the 5th annual T-Town Half Marathon. This springtime half marathon plus 5K starts and finishes in downtown Tulsa. The half marathon includes several miles along the banks of the beautiful Arkansas River.  

Each year the finisher medal for the T-Town Half will feature iconic downtown Tulsa architecture. Past medal designs have included:

2018: 1930s-era Blue Dome building

2019: Philltower Building

2020: Boston Avenue United Methodist Church

2021:  Mid-Continent Tower

2022: Warehouse Market Building

The 5K is completely contested on downtown Tulsa streets, while the half marathon will be a mix of downtown streets and paved River Parks Trail.  

All entrants will receive a tech shirt as well as a great finisher medal. Post race food and beer for those 21 and over will also be available.
